Students ready to learn, lead, and serve.

The program is designed for high school students who have completed their junior or senior year and for young adults, including college students and young professionals.

Spiritual growth

Grow in your relationship with Christ.

Interns take part in biblical devotions, Scripture memory, character development, and leadership training.

Leadership

Practice teamwork in real ministry settings.

The program combines coaching, staff interaction, and practical responsibility across several areas of church life.

Ministry exposure

Discover where your gifts can make a difference.

Interns can gain practical experience across the ministries and outreach efforts of First Bossier.

  • First Kids, from birth through fifth grade
  • First Students, for students in grades 6-12
  • College and Young Adults, ages 18-29
  • FB Sports, including flag football, soccer, and special events
  • Worship and media, including music, cameras, ProPresenter, social media, sound, and audio
  • Coffee Shop, guest welcome, and church operations
  • Local outreach, Vacation Bible School, and summer ministry events
  • Mission trips and Military Family Connection
