Guatemala 2027 · July 3–10

Serve with the Guatemala mission team.

Join First Bossier in Guatemala July 3–10, 2027. A typical day may include a team devotional, construction, food bags and prayer, and Vacation Bible School with local communities.

The trip is described as suitable for all ages, with transportation by walking or bus depending on the day's activities. Contact Mik with questions about participation or how to join.

Trip cost and preparation

The trip costs $2,000, including airfare, meals for the week, lodging, bus transportation, travel insurance, a T-shirt, and a four-week devotional. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own passports.

Payments are due on the 15th of each month beginning in December 2026. Flights will be purchased in March, and participants must have paid enough by then to cover their ticket. Final payment is due June 9, 2027. Fundraisers are optional; ask Mik about payment details.

Lodging is bunk-bed style, with bedding provided. Three meals a day, showers, hot water, and toilets are available.

Prepare together before the trip.

Team meetings are scheduled on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in the Gathering Place. Contact Mik to confirm meeting details.

First Bossier has participated in mission work in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, India, Europe, the Dominican Republic, and other places while partnering with the International Mission Board through prayer and giving.
